Braised Chicken

A smoky, sweet chicken curry with cauliflower, raisins, golden rice and turmeric.

For this lively Indian dish, we marinate the chicken overnight in yogurt, ginger, coriander, cumin and cardamom then oven-roast it to caramelize the yogurt. It’s then folded into a curry, stewed with tomatoes and intense spices and served with turmeric-infused golden rice with golden raisins. Each bite is unique. Best enjoyed with friends around a campfire.
